Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions set forth the conditions governing your use of the LibertyPay Application. By downloading the LibertyPay Mobile App or visiting the LibertyPay website or using the LibertyPay point of sales Terminal(POS) or sign up as a LibertyPay Agent, you (the User/Agent) agree to be bound the terms of this Agreement.

The products available on LibertyPay are:

  • i.Cash-in and Cash-Out (Money Transfer and Withdrawal).
  • ii.Cardless Withdrawal.
  • iii.Card Transfer.
  • iv.Account Top-up.
  • v. Bills and Tv payments such as Gotv, Dstv, Electricity, Cable Tv, betting, etc.
  • vi.Airtime top-up, Recharge pins and Data.
  • vvi.Agent/customer loan.
  • vvi.And other financial services that may be added to our services from time to time.

Eligibility:

  • i.LibertyPay Agency is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years and above. Any access or use of LibertyPay by anyone under 18 years of age is unauthorized, unlicensed, and in violation of these terms of use.
  • ii.Agent(s) must offer LibertyPay services from a 4-walled physical location that is conducive and safe for conducting financial transactions.
  • iii.Agent(s) must possess a compatible working, internet enabled device to offer LibertyPay services.
  • iv.Agent(s) must possess minimum of N100,000 working capital to offer LibertyPay services.
  • v.Agent(s) must perform a minimum of 18 transaction counts daily and MUST be active for 26 days in a month which amount to a minimum of 468 transaction counts in a month.
  • vi.Agent(s) are NOT an ex-convicts and had never been involved in any form of financial fraud, money laundering or criminal activities..

Obligations:

Agent(s) shall:

Location access:

LibertyPay utilizes location data from its agents to facilitate location monitoring and enhance the verification process of borrowers' addresses.

Loan officers, who are profiled on the LibertyPay application as agent representatives, are required to consent to location tagging within the application. This requirement is integral to their role in overseeing loan disbursement and collections. Regular live location data collection is essential for effectively managing agent locations and ensuring operational efficiency.
